One Earth Yoga is the cutest little studio in Mont Kiara, small in size but full of heart and warmth.

We offer yoga classes, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, and even art events. It is a space to hang out, connect, and grow together. Got an idea or want to collaborate? We would love to hear from you.

Tucked away in a green, peaceful corner, our studio is a little escape right in the middle of the city.

EVELYN

Evelyn, founder of One Earth Yoga from Malaysia, has 12 years of experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga.

HUM

Hum sees yoga as a journey inward. Since 2017, he’s been guiding students to feel safe, at ease, and challenged.

TING

Ting sees yoga as an evolving inward journey, blending flow, mobility, and alignment in her teaching.

RIN

Rin, with a Sports Science background, has practiced yoga for over 15 years as a path of self-discovery.

WEI WEN

Trained at One Earth Yoga, she blends strength, flow, and mindfulness, growing as both teacher and student.
 

NIKKI

After her 200-hour training at One Earth, she teaches to help students grow stronger, clearer, and more mindful.

WINNIE

Winnie, a YTT 200 teacher and vegetarian since 2015, sees yoga as a path to mindfulness and balance.

FAQ

Absolutely! Our classes are suitable for all levels. Our instructors will guide you based on your experience and physical condition. Beginners are very welcome.

We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and other basic props. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer using personal equipment.

Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. Try not to eat a heavy meal 1–2 hours before class. You may also bring water and a towel.

Yes! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your schedule. Our booking system also allows for easy online rescheduling.

Yes, we have special offers for first-time trial classes. Feel free to book one and experience our teaching and environment.
